What this site is

Court of Magic is an independent editorial index of hotels. It is published for reading. It is not a booking agent, a travel agency, a broker or an agent of any property named on it, and it has no commercial relationship with the hotels described.

Accuracy

Entries describe general, durable characteristics of buildings and are written in good faith. Hotels change hands, refurbish, rename themselves, change what they offer and occasionally close. Content here can be edited, corrected or removed at any time without notice, and nothing on the site should be treated as a current, guaranteed description of a property. Check anything that matters with the hotel itself before you travel.

Use of the content

The text and the design are ours. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing entries wholesale, or reusing them to train or populate another index, is not permitted without permission.

Third-party links

Where we link out, we do not control what sits at the other end and take no responsibility for it.

Gaming

The casino set describes hotels that hold a regulated gaming licence. Nothing here is an inducement to gamble, and gaming is restricted to adults under the law of the jurisdiction in which each property operates.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on anything published here, including decisions about where to stay.
